An esteemed private practice in the coastal southeastern region of the US seeks a Total Joint Fellow for a high-growth, fast-paced practice. This position is open to 2025 and 2026 fellowship graduates.

The Practice:
• Comprised of >20 orthopedic and neurosurgical specialists
• Call is low-burden at 1:12, with optional Trauma call at an additional financial incentive (call to improve with the additional surgeon)
• Craft your schedule to best fit your needs and preferred work-life balance
• Operate in both the nearby hospital or the Ambulatory Surgical Center
• Partnership track is only 24 months, plus the additional option to own shares in the ASC after 12 months
